With Park & Ride, you drive to our secure car park and a complimentary shuttle transfers you directly to your terminal. With Meet & Greet, one of our professional chauffeurs meets you at the terminal, takes your vehicle, and parks it on your behalf. On your return, your vehicle is brought back to the terminal for you.
For Park & Ride, our shuttle service typically takes 10–15 minutes to reach the terminal, depending on the terminal and traffic conditions. Meet & Greet transfers are immediate, as your chauffeur meets you directly at the departure point.

No. Our Park & Ride car parks are located outside the London ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone), so you will not be charged the daily ULEZ fee to park with us. That saves you the £12.50-per-day ULEZ charge you would pay parking inside the zone — which makes us a popular, cost-effective choice for drivers of older or non-compliant vehicles.

For Park & Ride customers, please contact us as soon as you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. We will arrange your return shuttle promptly. For Meet & Greet customers, your vehicle will be ready and waiting at the agreed collection point.
Please do not worry. We monitor flight arrivals in real time. There are no extra charges for flight delays — your vehicle will be ready for collection whenever you land.
